Microgreen Pesto Pasta

Ingredients:

For the Microgreen Pesto:

  • 2 cups fresh mixed microgreens (such as basil, arugula, and spinach)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions:
