Microgreen and Hummus Wrap

Create a satisfying Microgreen and Hummus Wrap with creamy hummus, an assortment of fresh microgreens, colorful bell peppers, cucumber, and a drizzle of balsamic vinaigrette, all wrapped in a whole-grain tortilla.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large whole-grain wrap or tortilla
  • 1/2 cup hummus (your choice of flavor)
  • 1 cup mixed microgreens (such as pea shoots, sunflower, and kale microgreens)
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

Prepare the Wrap:

  • Lay out the whole-grain wrap or tortilla on a clean surface.

Spread Hummus:
