Microgreen and Avocado Toast

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of whole-grain bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup of mixed microgreens (such as broccoli, radish, and sunflower microgreens)
  • 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
  • Balsamic glaze (for drizzling)

Instructions:
